Keep rest periods as short as possible while still recovering for next set

2A.) Weighted Dips 3x8-12
2B.) Rope Climb 3x1 (15')

3A.) Push Up Variation 3 x submax
3B.) Pull Up Variation 3 x submax

4.) Sprint 5-10x100 meters 60-90 seconds rest

  2. several places sell them. has a great new product with triple texture rings, I like them and wish I had a pair. But garage gym store is a little cheaper. A simple google search could lead you to several online stores for sure.
