Increase weight anywhere from 1-5% from LS-W1D1, depending on your level

2.) 2 arm DB squat clean + thruster 5x6-8

3.) Ab Roll Outs 3x10-15
use wheel or suspension trainer

4A.) Run 3x400 meter
4B.) KB Swing 3x20
