1.) Box Jumps 20x1
2.) Bottoms up incline BB press with chains 5x5
3A.) Ring push ups 3x10-15 weighted if possible
3B.) 1 arm DB rows 3x10-15
4.) Double KB swings outside legs 10x10-12
(Begin every set on the minute every minute for 10 minutes)
