Week 6 Day 2


1.) BB power snatch + 2 OHS 6x2

2.) 2 KB snatch+jerk+clean+jerk 6x2

3.) Snatch grip deadlift 4x6
-(Start with 50% of max deadlift on go up from there)

4A.) Ab wheel 3x12-15
4B.) 2 KB swing outside legs 3x12-15
