1000 YouTube Subscribers!

We hit 1000 subscribers today, thanks to all you fine strength advocates. Good job, people. Now I want to make a challenge for myself. Maybe 50 videos in 50 days? I'm gonna need some really good ideas. What are some of the most important things you guys want me to make videos of? Anything at all... I'll try my best to accommodate. Please leave comments and questions. Thanks.

Also don't forget about the Underground Strength Mentorship. We recently had a dude sign up from England, he means business. You guys can get info and sign up here

  2. Maybe some athletic movements or whatever its called. I mean, flips, handstand and so on.. You've showed some earlier, but it would be nice to see some more. Maybe some tips and drills for newbies as well

  3. Matt - would love to see you show some sled workouts. I see that you program sled work for X amount of time. But what are you actually doing? Sprints, pulling, pushing? Really wanna see how you attack it!

Yeah, we push, pull, and all that stuff. Don't make it overly complicated. Thats the whole beauty of the sled... It's simplicity. Anyone who attacks the sled always ends up getting their ass kicked. I'll do my best!

This is one of the things that we will be covering at the Underground Strength Mentorship on 3/20. But i just called a street sign that had a number for warehouse for rent. The lady gave me the number for another guy who had what I was lookin for. There are more options, but my search was easy.

  9. Like Brad said maybe a heavy sandbag workout that would be great! Maybe some simple barbell work for a beginner. Dumbell work, ring work, body weight workout. Anything will do your videos kick ass no matter what they are!!!
