2B.) Muscle ups 5 x max
3A.) Hand over hand sled pull/drag 3 x 60 feet
3B.) Ring Push ups 3 x max
4A.) KB Swings 5x15-20
4B.) Double Unders 5x30-40
pick a number and stay with it, doing twice as many DU's as swing. You are trying to improve from last week, doing more work in less time.
Hey Matt, just wondering if you could elaborate a little bit on how you program your training cycles. I know you use many variations of exercises, but what are your favorites?? I think if you started a website up like Underground Strength Coach it would be sickk!! Thanks for all the great info.
