Week 3 Day 4

1.) Double DB Split Snatch 5 x 3-5

2.) Squat 8x3

Rest 5 minutes

100 foot Medley of:

Sled Row pulls
Prowler
Tire Drags Backwards
Farmers Carries
Run

10-20 minutes

For those without the tools:

Every Minute on the minute you alternate between:

8 burpees
100 meter sprint

10-20 minutes
